2020 Calendar of Events

Master Ridley's Black Belt Club - First Friday of each Month

Master Ridley's Black Belt club takes place at Nuffield Health Gym, Unit 8, Parrs Wood Entertainment Centre, Wilmslow Road, East Didsbury, Manchester, M20 5PG and is open to all red and black belts who are 13 years to adult. The training fee is £5. Time - 7.30 to 9.30pm.

Saturday 19th September - Colour Belt Grading Test

Sunday 20th September - Alternate Colour Belt Grading Test

Saturday 24th October - Black Belt Pre-Grading Test (Manchester)

This is compulsory for all those students wanting to enter the black belt grading on Sunday 6th May. If you can't make it please email me and I will give you the details of the Stratford Upon Avon BB Pre-Grading Test that you can also attend - [email protected]

Saturday 5th December - Colour Belt Grading Test

Sunday 6th December - Alternate Colour Belt Grading Test

No Date Yet - Trident Squad Training

The 2019 Squad has been picked at registration is now closed. If you are still interested email Mr Miley on [email protected] for consideration. The training times are:

1 to 3pm - Peewees age 11 years older and under

3 to 5pm - Teens and Adults

12 year olds can choose which session they would prefer.

All students must have a full set of sparring gear to attend. 

The venue will be the Trident TKD Academy

No Date Yet - Colour Belt Grading Seminar

This seminar is open to all green belts to red belts although black tags are welcome to attend. All ages may attend (Adult - Junior - Peewee). The training fee is £7 (£5 each if more than one from the same family are training). The training will take place at the Trident Academy from 1pm to 4pm.

Although it is not compulsory to attend the seminar so that you can grade I believe that there are big gains to be made by doing so.

There will be a patterns competition at the end of the seminar for all age groups with bronze, silver and gold medals up for grabs. All juniors and peewees will receive an attendance badge that they can sew onto their dobok.
