Welcome to the Trident Squad 2014 Blog. I am going to update all activities of the Trident Squad during 2014 so anybody who is interested can see the results of all our competitions that we enter. Any age is invited to join the squad if you are disciplined and would like to compete in competitions. The grade is also open although I would recommend that you had been training for a year with us so that you can understand the basic kicks and movements of Taekwon-Do. You must also have a full set of sparring gear - boots, gloves, head guard, groin guard (males) and a gum shield. Shin and forearm protectors are optional. The cost of squad training is £45 for the year. If you join later through the year this will be pro rata.
